18/10/2007 - Virgin Mobile Directory Enquiries Rates Thread
Directory Enquiries is head-wreckingly pricey on mobiles. Virgin Mobile refuse to give any 118 rates to their users apart from those of their preferred service 118118.
Please post on this thread what you have seen on your bills for various 118 services on Virgin Mobile so we can all divert our business to the cheapest current provider.
118118 is 75 pence
118500 is £1
And remember, NEVER, EVER allow them to put you through to the number you are searching for as they will charge the WHOLE call at 118 rates!
