Our award-winning team don t let success go to their heads. Feet firmly on the ground, they help customers to find anything, or anyone, from accountants to zoos. No two calls are ever quite the same, which makes for an interesting day. You ll help meet customers needs from a database of over 2 million product and service providers. It s all about bringing people and business together.
It s pretty straightforward, but sometimes challenging. Some callers need more help than others, and when volumes of calls increase, you ll still be expected to deliver the highest standards of service.
If you re good, a permanent position awaits after 6 months.
We ll make sure you re confident from the beginning with two full weeks of intensive training, and we ll support you throughout. There are also ongoing opportunities, so we can help you to identify a career path and achieve your potential.
Here in Newport, we re comfortably at home in Usk House, a £3.5 million office development set in a 4.6 acre site. Convenient to the town centre and transport links, it s also home to a subsidised gym and internet café. We operate 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week, so there are a variety of shift patterns.
